Pleasant stay at Cenerroom Zwilliing01

We were very happy with the Reception on arrival.The steps are steep to the entry but a slide has been added which does assist baggage entry. The room was well appointed and very adequate for our needs. Kitchen facilities were a bonus, maybe the addition of coffee provisions could be included, but there are vending machines in the lobby with snacks, beverages, and hot drinks. The accommodation is situated close to restaurant and and shops.

I spent just one night, I was there for work visiting ISPO in Munich. The property is very close to the underground U2, the room had a kitchen and everything was clean. Just simple but great.

It’s not what it seems!

The whole atmosphere seamed like a hostel. The shower is incredibly old and stained of mildew. The carpets were old, and it was not the room I was expecting. There were 3 beds, 1 single bed and a single bunk bed. The curtains were disgusting, and they let every bit of light in in the morning.

Safe did not work and had to have another one brought to the room that was lose in the room also did not get the room type that was booked and advertised. staff very friendly and helpful but also not a church next door is very noisy with the bell tower starting at 7am

The "Standard apartment" with queen bed that was reserved appeared to be unavailable so we were offered the only room they had: with single bed and a bunk bed. Partial refund was not an option. The good things: The location is great. Metro station, severel supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants and drug stores are at a walking distance. The rooms are in decent condition. 24-hours reception.

Think about it

The location is very good, quiet. The state of the room is ok, but the cleanliness is poor. Dairy housekeeping included, but the only thing they did was to fold the duvet. They never touched the bathroom or changed sheets or towels. Very disappointing.
