Location is very central, although can be difficult to access at times because of local restaurants and crowds. Layout of the room wasn't ideal (e.g., bathroom door obstructed main door and was very difficult to open), and there wasn't much counter space in the bathroom sink. Staff was pretty friendly and the breakfast was pretty good as well.

Outdated rooms. Inaccessible areas in the room. Had to close one door to get to another area. Poor lighting. Doors don’t stay open. Staff though nice were not well trained in helping you find places and restaurants. Best part was the location by the market. Would not return here and will not recommend.

During this trip, we stayed at 5 different hotels across 4 different countries. We visited London, Prague, Regensburg, Salzburg, and the Louis Hotel in Munich. This was by far our best hotel of the trip! For starters, every staff member was friendly and professional. Christopher at check in was especially amazing and really started things off right. The room was beautiful, and the amenities were great. We upgraded to a little bit large room with a tub. Just 50 euros extra. Entirely worth it. 10 out of 10, would recommend and will stay here again in our next return to Munich!
