Staff was great and room was spotless. Location perfect. But 1) our bed(s) were in bad need of replacement and 2) the temperature of our room was super hot at night - the controller didn’t seem to work, so we had to sleep with the window open in October - letting noise, moisture, and allergens in.

The property was in a great location but unfortunately, we had a shower that was lukewarm for a few minutes then turned cold quickly. We asked the front desk they said they would check- nothing was done and we had an awful shower for 4 nights. Also, we had a few pairs of jeans sent out for laundry we checked twice with the front desk on pricing, and they ended up charging us for expedited service which we did not request and specifically said we didn't want to pay for. So, four pairs of jeans cost 52 euros instead of the 34 euros listed on the laundry order. I travel a lot and was really disappointed in the customer service and because of my schedule I should have really complained and pushed for a room with a hot shower but by the time I got in I was too tired.

This was a great hotel. Staff was fabulous and location was ideal…short tram ride to Oktoberfest. The AC still needs work and this could have been solved with a fan. We could walk to Matienplstz and plenty of dining nearby.

The staff was fabulous! Jerry made the s feel very welcome and escorted us to the room. The hotel was clean…except for the ugly brown shag carpet that looks like it’s been around since the 70s. That definitely needs to go! Our room was nice. However, the air conditioning did not work to our standards. It was very warm inside and it did not cool down enough for sleeping. Even turning it down it did not change the temperature in the room. The staff attempted to bring up something that resembles a dehumidifier but they would have had to run a pipe out the window and due to the dampness they cannot sleep with open windows. The rooms need a mini-split and a fan! Loved the stocked fridge. Breakfast was too pricey for us (30€)so we made our way through the market and found coffee and pastries/breakfast. The location was ideal and an easy quick subway ride to Oktoberfest! I would stay here again, but definitely not ould ask for a fan.

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of all of the staff. I also liked the location of the hotel and proximity to the market directly across the street. The parking was difficult and expensive so unless you need a car I would not get one. You can walk or Uber anywhere you might need to go

Great location if you plan on doing a lot of walking around to Marienplatz , lots and lots of great food all around you . Mini bar was awesome and so helpful to have the little kitchen when you are traveling with kids or don’t want to eat out every meal . Front desk was kind and helpful and the woman who came and cleaned everyday was very thorough and hard working

The hotel was perfect for what we needed- a wonderful stay in the city. The hotel is directly across the street from the Victualianmarkt which made getting anywhere very easy. The hotel was very clean with good sized bathrooms.
