Good value, well connected hotel

Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is well connected to the city centre and airport. The staff were polite and breakfast had a good range of choice. There was an occasion where we wanted our bed linen changed so placed the sign on the pillow as instructed but it didn’t happen. We also would have preferred more coffee/tea in the room. This wasn’t always replaced when used and same for coffee mugs. We were given dirty ones on one occasion. Overall a pleasant stay.

The bed was hard as a rock! Every time you moved it made so much noise! We asked to switch but were told they were all the same. We put down a 2nd comforter to sleep on top of so our backs wouldn’t ache. Breakfast was not great. Fruit salad has slimy watermelon in it each day.

Large clean room. Excellent breakfast. Even though it gets busy there is plenty of seating. Underground garage is convenient. Tram stop in front of hotel to get downtown.

Good for a weekend away.

Came over to visit friends and sightsee for the weekend. Great location for trains, trams and buses. Breakfast had a great choice and the staff were friendly. Sadly the first night of 3 we had a room right over the railway tracks and although we said the aircon wasn't working they insisted it would be turned on centrally but nothing happened. We ended up with the window open all night with track maintenance going on until at least 3am under our window. We didn't have a good night. Day 2 they moved us, front of the building and working aircon. Much better! Bed/mattress was too hard for us though (both rooms), so it wasn't a great sleep over the weekend. We enjoyed ourselves all the same.

Buffet is useless for a Hilton literally nothing All hotels in Munich is close to transportation. This is not special either. Bed was so sqweaky every time I moved I would wake up. Whole room needs to be renovated the furniture is like pre 2010 Wouldn’t stay here find something else is my recommendation Buffet Food was so bad it was all ham and random cheeses legit the fruit salad bowl had more water in it than fruit. The multi juice tasted like cordial would not stay here
