It is very surprise a Turkish guy at Hotel front desk. Gökmen is very kind and gentle thanks for his help. Hotel located so nice location but rooms are a little small for a city hotel. All hotel stuff's are so friendly and kind. Breakfast is good for a German hotel:)

The staff were super accommodating and nice. The rooms themselves were ridiculously hot and uncomfortable and the noise from the outside area into the room was unbearable. It was also hard to get taxis to get anywhere from that location.

Perfect hotel! We had read some reviews about the hotel that didn’t so good. There was a group of 8 for 3 nights all were happy with hotel, staff and service. I was concerned that our room was next to the railway but never heard it. The rooms were quiet, well appointed and very clean. In a great position, close to the railway station 3 minutes walk away, 15 minutes walk to the Oktoberfest and 30 minutes to the town. I would definitely stay here again.

Good value, well connected hotel

Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is well connected to the city centre and airport. The staff were polite and breakfast had a good range of choice. There was an occasion where we wanted our bed linen changed so placed the sign on the pillow as instructed but it didn’t happen. We also would have preferred more coffee/tea in the room. This wasn’t always replaced when used and same for coffee mugs. We were given dirty ones on one occasion. Overall a pleasant stay.
