Great location, nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood within short walk to a subway station. The breakfast and dinner buffets were so convenient. And the room was just the right size for two. The divan in each room provides a comfortable place to read which is a nice feature.

The room we stayed in was quite dusty upon arrival. We asked for it to be cleaned, and housekeeping did clean the visible areas. However, dust was still noticeable under the bed and on the closet doors, which appeared to have been overlooked. This made the room feel less clean than expected.

The hotel room itself was nice; however, the hot water fluctuated constantly—turning cold and then suddenly extremely hot—which made showering quite challenging. Additionally, be very cautious when using the hotel’s laundry service, especially at checkout. I was charged €155 for just four items of clothing, which is completely unreasonable. After I asked the staff to recheck, they realized there had been a €100 overcharge. Unfortunately, no apology was offered; I was simply told that the business center would be contacted and a refund issued. Anyway, room is nice, breakfast is ok but service and shower both need improvement.

I'm a repeat visitor and thats for a reason. Staff courteous, location great, rooms decent, general ambience you get in the foyer sets the scene for me. love the pool and sauna etc.. then there's the breakfasts... i must put on 2kg every time i stay. Important for the management to hear though that despite all this there are areas that are starting to show thier age and some refurbishment would be good.. theres a lot of strong competition in walking distance.

The pool, hot tub, fitness room, steam room and sauna were wonderful. The onsite restaurants and bar were great. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room and amenities were perfect. A line of taxis was at the front of the hotel making it easy to get. The was an underground metro station two blocks from hotel enabling easy access to public transit. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay and it is a perfect hotel for a family. Good rooms, excellent service, excellent breakfast, clean swimming pool and sauna. Close to public transport but also free parking on the street if you have rented a car. My kids will however tell you that their favourite thing about the hotel is the table football near the lift - we had so much fun playing!
