Front desk were all very friendly and helpful for us as we checked in and helped with any issues. Hotel lobby and lounge area were very well kept and beautiful. We did enjoy breakfast at the hotel bar and appreciated the water and coffee while either heading out or arriving back to the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. 4 amazing days. Just back from a great city break. Hotel superbly located for the main train station and a 10 minute easy walk to the old town. Staff incredibly helpful and courteous. Very clean, excellent service, breakfast was amazing, right next to train station. I didn't like that the WC was located very far away from restaurant, breakfast, bar. Very inconvenient. It was a sketchy area at night. Best dining was a 20 - 30 minute walk. Check in was a bit slow.
