The property is under 10 minutes from a train station Berg am laim from where you can get to Marienplatz right in the old town in about 10 minutes so ok location. There is also an underground train station near about 12/15 minutes walk away where you can also get to the main central station. The actual hotel itself is ok. The breakfast is basic with poor coffee and cheap cereals and some hot english type food i.e egg and bacon. There is a basic bar which doesn't serve cocktails or anything like prosecco but you can get a beer. The food at the bar is just pizza or pasta. The rooms are ok. Our bathroom had a bad smell so wasn't pleasant, I think it was coming from the drain in the shower so should really have been fixed room 330. If you want a basic hotel which isn't too expensive then this is ok. Personally I wouldn't recommend or return.

The hotel just few steps away from supermarket and bus stop just in front of the property also breakfast was great with lots of variations to choose from. The staff they’re all friendly and welcoming. Excellent service. I will choose this hotel once I’m back in Munich.

Everything would be fine, if hotel room would NOT be extremely small. My apartment closet is bigger than this hotel room. It's suitable for one person perhaps a student with one shoulder bag, not for international travelers of three. Another downside is that there is NO drawers, or normal size shelves, or place to put your sutecases. We had to trip over our sutecases which were on our walking path. Rooms are far from European, or American standards. Who could design such a place. Everything else already did not matter.

The location of the hotel is very good. 10 mins to S-bahn. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel could use a good cleaning. The carpets were quite stained. Also the everyday houskeeping didn't clean cups. A dirty coffee stirrer was left in the room when we checked in.

Nice home base for a few nights

Stayed for 4 nights while traveling Germany. Comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast selections! Would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room and either a washer/dryer in the building or a laundry service available. Underground parking was Extremely tight. Obvious many cars had hit the walls trying to maneuver the tight corner and low profile. We ended up parking in the street all but the first night. Also within walking distance to the public transportation.
