Good hotel

The hotel was grand, staff very friendly and attentive, breakfast was great, the only negative had nothing to do with the the hotel, it just wasn’t the greatest of neighbourhoods

It was a hot summer day, Air-conditioning was not working in the room. Informed staff but they said that they can not do anything. They suggested to open windows, but it didn't help. Instead a lot of noise was added to the discomfort. We also asked for a fan but hotel staff front desk manager said they didn't have fans. He added, complaints have been submitted to hotel management to get things fixed, but hotel management is not taking actions. On top, elevator button on our floor was not working. Terrible experience, will NOT recommend this hotel

Fantastic staff experience. Super helpful and friendly. Hotel is a dr ent walk from train station. Like some cities there are some sketchy folks near the hotel so stay vigilant.

Nice Hotel in Great Location

We arrived early in the day and stored our luggage until 3pm for our room to be ready. It wasn't ready when we arrived back after check-in time, however, which was disappointing -- we waited in the lobby until they finished prepping it. The room itself contained a queen-sized bed and a queen-sized pull-out couch, which they'd already made into a bed for our child. The room was simple and clean. The location, just a few blocks from the central train station, was great for our stay in Munich. It didn't take long to walk into central Munich, either.

Stayed in this hotel Feb 14-17th. The whole stay was fantastic. Excellent location, close to the train station, very clean, comfortable bed and convenient amenities. The real gem of this hotel though is the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.
