Very good location, close to the tram stop, highly recommended. Breakfast very good The restaurant is open until midnight and very good food. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr.Roland Setzer.

Stayed for two nights on business. Hotel itself is actually very nice. Rooms are reasonable size and felt newly refurbished. Breakfast and evening meals were also good. Location wise it is close to the centre of Munich so relatively well placed and easily accessible via tram links. Staff all friendly and helpful. No fitness room on-site, but staff did offer advice on the location of a local gym that is accessible without membership. Although to be fair the Olympic park is opposite so fine for cardio. Unfortunately it took 14 days and 4 follow up calls to have my holding deposit returned to my payment card. Staff were helpful and friendly during this issue but it ultimately did mean it was a frustrating end to what was otherwise a reasonable stay.

Staff are well trained and professional. This hotel has improved a great deal as part of the Leonardo chain. The double glazing cuts out the noise when the street is noisy with heavy traffic morning and evening.

Three of us stayed for four days at the Leonardo hotel in Munich. The room was comfortable and - because we were at the rear - no traffic noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. At first sight, the location seems uninspiring but was actually ideal for exploring Munich. The Olympic park is a 20min walk and the city centre is easily accessible via the wonderful tram system. (The No.20 tram takes you to the centre in 15mins). Tip - for groups of up to 5 buy the 3-day Group ticket. It saves a fortune and covers tram, bus and train. A real bargain! All in all, an ideal base for a trip to Munich

That's it... it's not above average, it's not negative Didn't liked the room on ground floor that you even need to go to the street to enter on it, didn't liked no laundry express (and you need it on the business run)... this hotel it's like the lame Starbucks that we need to take to get our "caffeine" (I do like my coffee ;) )

Nice and clean hotel on a good position. Good bar and great breakfast. Rooms are rather small so you will not get enough room for anything but sleeping. Bathroom is also small at least in a standard room, but they offer a lot of bathroom supplies. Balcony is a big plus.

This is my first time in Munich. I have had some concerns about hotel but after 3 night I feel good. Clean, good staff, close to down town (I like take a walk). First morning I took a breakfast; restaurant so small and a lot of people on the same time. I hate and other days I did my breakfast other places with myself:).

Stayed here for two nights. Arrived early, very friendly reception, and room was ready. Room on 6 th floor was clean and quite spacious. You will have traffic noise if your room is at the front of the hotel, like ours was. Only gripe I've got with the room is the pillows. Way too soft, could not get comfy with them at all. Coffee and tea facilities are present. Not a huge choice. Breakfast is not included in the price, which is the same with most German hotels. Had breakfast at the hotel the second morning. All self service, including the drinks. Would have liked a nice pot of coffee to be served to me. Good selection of cheeses, meats and breads. Scrambled eggs rubbery. Can get better value breakfast in town. Location is fine. Tram very close, the 20 and 21 will get you into the city centre in 10 mins.

Nice, clean hotel. Quiet, with good breakfast. Tram to down town across the street. Many nearby restaurants. If you like Greek, try Posiden. Check on and check out were easy. Staff was friendly for the most part.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a comfortable stay. The hotel is located at a very convenient location - 2 minute walk from the tram stop, 15 minutes walk from Olympia park and a few more minutes to BMW welt. The staff was courteous and the food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. You should try the salad for sure. Overall good experience.
