Super nice hotel, very happy, clean, beautiful and good sized rooms for a reasonable price.
Room was spacious and clean. Free onsite indoor parking. Property was in a strange area that made me feel like it was a little industrial and a little unsafe. A/C was essentially turned off at night although at least it had some A/C. Check in staff was a little less than friendly but checkout staff was friendly. Overall it was a reasonable hotel.
The hotel is beautiful however the hotel staff did not explain how to use important features in the room. For example they didn’t explain that 1) in order for the lights and outlets to function you need to insert your room key card key in a special slot in the room, 2) the window blinds operate with a special switch on one of the walls. Additionally the windows were locked in an open position and had to be unlocked and closed by maintenance, the A/C kept malfunctioning on a hot day, and the room safe was locked. All of these issues required several trips by the maintenance crew. Definitely not what you would expect from a respectable hotel.
