Overall, we liked our stay at Stay Kooook Munich. It was very convenient to the train station and to Müller department store and Lidl grocery store. The kitchen in our room was appreciated and had 4 sets of everything which was great since there were four of us. We had a dining table for 4 which we really liked. The room was clean, tv worked easily, and the housekeepers were friendly. There's no reception and key access is through your smart phone which is the model of the hotel. Be sure to check out the lounge room with kitchen, full-sized refrigerator with free soft drinks, and a washer and dryer for laundry. Our room included a laundry basket. Detergent is included in the washer. There's a lot that guests interested in staying here should also be aware of. The bathroom bright and clean, but toilet door and wall in our 4-person room were clear glass with no ability to create privacy. No biggie if you're just a couple, but something to consider for families or two couples traveling together who would rather not see each other on the toilet or showering. The bathroom separated the two bedrooms, and the bedroom doors are curtains. We usually turned up the TV or turned on music when using the bathroom. The only way to create privacy for the person in the bathroom is to draw the bedroom curtains and not go between the rooms. Altogether, we were happy with our stay and loved the location.
