Only about 5 minutes' walk from the nearest underground station, “Westpark”. Westpark itself is a beautiful park that is always worth a stroll.
Marienplatz, the central main square of Munich, is only a few stops away with the U6. The underground train leaves every few minutes from the ‘Westpark’ underground station and takes exactly 10 minutes.
There is space for 9 people in 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Two single beds 90 x 200 cm are put together to form a double bed 180 x 200 cm and can be separated with a few simple steps. In addition, there is a full-size sofa bed 90 x 200 cm (see pictures with pink blanket), into which a floor mattress 90 x 200 cm is integrated. You will find detailed instructions on how to convert this sofa bed into two full-size single beds in 1-2 minutes.

The living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor, which is almost 50m² in size, offers a comfortable sofa with a 55-inch Smart TV. The fireplace in the kitchen is no longer in use. The dining table offers plenty of space for 8-9 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything your heart desires. Basic foodstuffs are available (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, flour, sugar, coffee and various types of tea). There are various board games in the living room.
· Directly from the kitchen, you have access to the fenced-off garden with a spacious 40m² terrace and seating for 10 people. There you will find a gas grill that you are welcome to use.
· Upstairs in bedrooms 1-3, there is an additional small kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine.
· There is a bathroom with a shower on each floor.
· There are two washing machines (in the kitchen and in the bathroom on the ground floor) plus a dryer (in the bathroom on the ground floor).
The location is perfect: just around the corner from Westpark, you can quickly reach any point in the city of Munich by public transport. Your car is waiting for you in the reserved parking space on the property, from where you can quickly reach all the tourist highlights in Upper Bavaria. And the walk to Westpark around the corner is definitely worth it!
The entire house is equipped with fast Wi-Fi in a mesh network with download rates of at least 50 Mbit/s up to 250 Mbit/s from any location in the apartment.
The house is open to children of all ages and offers numerous play opportunities, especially the playhouse in the garden. However, please watch your children, as the playhouse can be climbed and there is a certain risk of accidents. Please always supervise them.
For security reasons, the entrance area is monitored by a video camera.
Smoking is only allowed outside. Parties are not allowed. Of course, you can hold family reunions with up to 15 people (enough crockery is available).
Please note that for stays of 14 days or more, we will clean and change the bed linen every 7-10 days at a final cleaning price of 249 euros. The owner lives with her dog in the main part of the apartment. The dog has no access to your part of the apartment or the garden you use. Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment to protect those allergic to animal hair.
Of particular interest to visitors to the Oktoberfest: from the ‘Westpark’ underground station, the underground train runs almost around the clock at short intervals to ‘Goetheplatz’ in just 7 minutes.
