Sufficient and met all basic needs. Mostly clean very basic and generic room. Convenient tram stop directly in front of hotel. Allowed early check in if we signed up for hotel rewards. Bath tub is not great to get in and out of, tub sits higher than the floor so not only do you need to step over the tub, but also up as well. Not good for older people. Unit was good for the price but next time we’ll probably spend a little more for a nicer hotel that’s not so generic.

Breakfast was good. The rooms are small. The two bedroom units do not fit 6 people (unless two are small children and like pull out couches). It was clean and the train is outside the front door. The two bedroom units have laundry as well and beautiful decks.

A bit far from restaurant options but can take a quick tram ride to the center. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Walkable to the Munich train station 20 minutes.

Great location with a bus stop across the street. Nice enough apartment, clean and good floor plan. Would have been good to have basics provided; specifically paper towels. Would stay again.

Excellent apartment hotel. Location is close to transport links (tram and S bahn), staff are friendly and helpful, you get use of the coffee machine all day. If there was one or two things if I was being critical, I was surprised the executive studio didn’t have a washer/dryer and an oven (it did have a microwave with grill function), however, everything else was excellent value for money. I’d stay here again.

The free coffee machine down stairs was good. The air conditioning did not work well. The beds were very hard. The hot water sometimes worked and at other times didn't, inexcusable in this day. The most expensive of the hotels we used across Europe, not great value. Not really impressed.

Room was ok, not the cleanest I've seen. Light above kitchen area not working. Staff at desk always too busy to address concerns after daytime hours. Kitchen facilities were good and location for amenities and transport was great.
