I always fly American. A customer requested I fly their carrier, United and book with Orbitz. Although I submitted my Known Traveler number at the time of booking it did not carry over to my reservation and boarding pass. I called Orbitz and once I got a supervisor on the phone, she was amazing. She called United and got my number added to the reservation and the called me back to have me recheck in, staying on the line with me to assure I did get TSA precheck. It’s clearly a first world problem, however if you fly a lot, it’s those little things that take some stress out of travel in today’s age.

Wish the coffee cups had sip lids. They wouldn’t serve coffee due to probable turbulence, but the flight was smooth.

The only flight attendant on the Chicago to duluth Flight was by far one of the best flight attendants that I’ve seen in my 30 years of flying all kinds of airlines and flights. Very happy, genuine and just plain enjoyable to be around. You don’t see that of flight attendants these days as they’re mostly grumpy and hate their job.

Very happy with United. They did a great job.
