Very nice attendants

It was as good as can be expected from a cramped American carrier.

I sprained my ankle and everyone was very kind making sure I had what I needed (help with bags; a conveniently located seat assignment; wheelchair assistance b/w terminals; priority boarding)! Excellent and friendly experience!

Dec 26, 2019

30 minutes early!

Dec 26, 2019

Nice stewardess. No problems

Dec 25, 2019

I honestly don’t enjoy flying with anyone else as much as I do for Jet Blue!

Dec 3, 2019

The kiosk software is awful. Even if you are already checked in, you have to go through all of the same questions again with a long delay in page refresh, all just to get a tag for your bag. Then still have to take the bag to the drop to get the priority flag. After asking questions about all three people traveling with me, it only printed out a single bag tag (mine) not all 3

Flight was fine. Liked our seat selection. Service was good.

Wow it is a good think I am thin, I have no idea what someone with an UPGRADED SEAT like mine would do if they were heavy or over weight?
