Spacing up seat was odd. The dividers created 3 slots for personal items yet there were 4 seats.... Not helpful

Aug 18, 2019

Exceptional flight - the added detail of a zip bag on your seat that included sleep masks, socks, ear plugs, and a sticker to put on your seat to tell the attendants if you want to be woken up for food or not. One of the best flights I've been on!

The seats could recline more, they can be wider in general, and it would be nice if we could cross the atlantic in less time. : )

Getting luggage after landing was terrible. It took much, much too long.
