The room was very clean and spacious. The one item I noticed in my stay was the designated smoking area is at the front door. I am not a hotel owner, but I am a business owner, and I realize the importance of a first impression. Walking through the smell of cigarette smoke while entering and exiting the building is definitely not a good impression.

The room was clean and tidy. The beds were uncomfortable, but I'm very picky so I cannot fault the hotel for this as it's a personal preference. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful! Breakfast was from 6:30 - 10, but every morning of our stay the staff that made breakfast were running 10-15 minutes late to have everything ready. We were not in a rush so didn't mind waiting a bit extra and most guests weren't even awake then. The food that was served was decent enough. We did not utilize the pool, so I cannot rate that.

Clean room, fresh smelling, great water pressure, comfortable beds, excellent coffee, Camden at front desk very nice and all staff courteous and friendly, our cat enjoyed it, indoor pool, very nice breakfast room, close to Christmas town and Williamsburg. Will definitely stay again. Tiny drawback no bathroom fan but we left the door open after showers to let moisture out. Nice toiletries in full dispensers for our use. They even laid out four towles because there were four of us staying in the room. I liked that I didn’t have to chase down towels. They accommodated us before we even arrived. Thank you Hampton Inn. Keep up the good work.
