Beautiful new hotel. Excellent staff, friendly and accommodating. Very pet friendly. Every staff member greeted both myself and my dog with enthusiasm. Perfect location in downtown West Chester. Parking in garage next store. Special price for guest. Does not accommodate vehicles needing higher height limits. Only 2 spaces for unloading luggage. Highly recommend.

Hotel is brand new with a great, comfortable atmosphere. Location could not be better with everything you need in walking distance. The only thing is that I would not hang out in the lobby lounge because it smells like fish from the attached seafood restaurant which is too bad.
