Good service, comfortable stay!

Modern business hotel in Gangnam. Comfortable, delivers the essentials and conceniently located with convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. Breakfast selection is very limited though and staff didn't speak much English. However they are very accommodating and managed to let our group of 4 check-in early at around 11am without additional charge! :). However the air conditioner didn't seem to work, we all tried adjusting the temperature but the rooms never cooled down...

Far from subway not really convenient , they had staff speak english but still need improvement as they need to had a fullset of cleaning services(ex. make sure the toiletries is complete,the dusk on table must be clean...)

Pleasant stay!

It was my first time staying and i really enjoyed it. The room was much more spacious than i expected and there was even a big bathtub! The interior was modern and simple. The room was quiet and being close to gangnam. It was very convenient location wise too.

Convenient location for my purposes

Wanted a hotel near to the shopping I needed to accomplish; taking home Korean products as gifts and souvenirs. Was abled to take taxi to the nearest COSTCO. Staff at reception/hotel check-in desk was very friendly and spoke English very well. We registered and got early check-in; after, he took us outside and hailed a taxi, instructing the driver to take us to where we needed to go. Returned to the hotel later in the early evening and was able to better observe the hotel facility. Slightly dark corridors; appeared to be an overnight hotel, more for adults. A couple of hours after entering the room for a restful night, there was yelling and screaming by a female in the hallway (couldn't understand Korean) and slamming of the door, continued by more yelling for a couple of minutes. Was quiet after that. Facilities were good within the hotel room, clean and comfortable.

Everything was amazing. Very nice hotel for the money and location except the ac was weak like many Korean hotels. I had to ask for a fan but other than that still worth the money.

Economy dormitory with a nice bathroom

I stayed at Hotel Denim for nine nights in January. It is the only hotel in this area of town, making it a convenient location when working nearby but the facility lacks basic services found in other business hotels, namely food. Plan to eat out and don't bother with the breakfast option unless absolutely necessary. The room design and furnishings are reminiscent of a college dormitory, strangely except for the oddly luxurious bathroom that almost seems out of place. Climate control was an issue during my stay as the HVAC control defaults to 26c (79F). Any changes made to the system reset upon leaving and cleaning staff closed my window each day while out, so attempts at reaching a comfortable lower room temperature were futile. At night, traffic noise from the intersection below made sleeping difficult, even from one of the higher floors. English at the front desk was hit and miss. Next time, I plan to stay at one of the nicer business hotels and take a taxi to work - taxis are cheap in Seoul and readily available.

Good, comfortable and clean business hotel

The staffs were understanding and answered to all inquiries and requests. Everything was nice. The only downside is that you need to take a 10-15minute bus ride to get to the nearest subway stop.

New but disappointing condition of the hotel room

Looks very chic on the photos, but in reality, very different from the photos uploaded, Uncomfortable bed, terrible breakfast, worst location, new but unorganized bathroom design... Smell of paint Nonetheless, the front desk staff were very kind
