New and clean hotel. Next to subway station. The water basin located in the center of room....not a good design
Hotel room is small as expected. Just 1 min walk to the shopping area and restaurants, 3 mins to subway station. Hotel provides 3 different shuttle bus lines to Dongdaimum, Seoul station and Shilla dutyshop.

We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Seoul Namsan from July 21st to 24th, 2017. Check-in was easy and the staff spoke good English, which made it easier. The room and bathroom were a good size, and the bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were too soft for my taste. The hotel was very convenient to Seoul Station; it even had an underground walkway to the station, which was great especially as it rained two of the days we were there. The only inconvenience for us was that the only breakfast option was a buffet, which cost 28,000 Korean won (about $25US), a little expensive, I think.
