The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was really nice but does not offer very much privacy so hopefully this is best for couples. We got the double premium room on the third floor. These rooms are newly renovated but there is a shower, no tub. The room also had a mini fridge.

The staff was friendly and helpful, I need to send parcel to oversee and the post office was closed, they helped me to pack and send . Save me a lot of trouble. Great location and the hot spring is a plus to the hotel too.

Staffs are friendly and helpful.... Front desk speaks English and extremely helpful. Hotel is in perfect location. Subway is right in front of hotel, and airport bus stop is like 2 minutes away. Shops and restaurants are minutes away too.
