Excellent location, and friendly staff. Ms. Luna Moon (Receptionist) was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay immensely. Famous shopping district, Myoungdong, was just across the street. A number of restaurants and convenience store can be found nearby the hotel.
I had a six-day stay in early July in this chic modern hotel right in the center of Seoul. I travelled with my family from Canada. My experience here is both memorable and enjoyable. The hotel is kept very clean throughout, and the hotel staff are professional and caring at the same time. The room that I stayed in is in the 10th floor with a big window. The bathroom appointments are pretty much the latest state-of-the-art standard that you could find anywhere. The location is very central and you are a short walk from most of the popular tourist attractions of Seoul. If possible I would like to visit Seoul again and stay in this wonderful hotel.
For our bonding trip this year, my lifelong friends and I decided to visit Seoul, and we chose this hotel because of its location. We were not disappointed. It’s practically surrounded by shops, convenience stores and restaurants. The Myeongdong shopping and food strip, Lotte Department Store, Avenuel, and Young Plaza are just a few steps away. Popular tourist sites such as Deoksugung, Seoul Museum of History and Namdaemoon Market are just minutes away on foot. The hotel is generally clean, our room is modern, cozy and comfortable and the amenities are very good. Breakfast is quite good, a healthy combination of meat, fish, vegetables and fruits. Wifi is very good too. The guys at the reception, Mr. Sam Oh and Mr. Rio, were very polite, friendly and helpful when we asked for directions and when we requested for a late check out. We stayed in this hotel for five days and four nights last month and we enjoyed every minute of it. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
We stayed for 3 nights from June 26-29, 2019. We were a party of 7 people so we booked a triple room, twin room and family twin. The rooms were all spacious and clean and facilities were excellent. I especially enjoyed the high-tech toilet flush/bidet. However, the room temperature was quite warm for my taste. I think the aircon was set at a specific temp limit. Check-in was at the 17th floor and so is the breakfast area. Breakfast was ok. Elevators were fast and spacious. It has a very strategic location as in front of the hotel is Lotte Department Store and Westin Chosun which is one stop of the Airport limousine bus from Incheon Airport. Beside is a Starbucks for coffee addicts like me, a 7-11 store and Lotte Young Plaza. Just across the street is Central Myeongdong where all the good stuff are. You can cross using an underground tunnel which also has lot of shops. The guy who was in-charge of luggage storage was so friendly and cheerful so we definitely left the hotel with a smile. Overall, I enjoyed staying here and I will stay here again in the future.
You cannot beat the location+price combi on this Myeongdong hotel. It is four star, so there are pros and cons. Metro hotel which is infinitely more kid friendly, didn’t have enough rooms to accommodate all of my family during the time. So we chose this instead! Staff were always friendly and accommodating, and most customer facing staff were fluent in English or Mandarin. I never understand hotels that make you go up to the lobby - in this case - the 17th floor. But this meant a very small seating area on the first floor while you are waiting for transport etc. Plus points- you can walk to shop or eat at any time of day. There are two convenience stores next door. And a Starbucks. It’s right next to Huge shopping malls. So you don’t really have to worry about bad weather days. The bathroom is huge, but only has a shower stall. Cons - it’s not the most baby friendly. We called for baby bathtubs, which surprisingly, they did not have for a hotel this size. While everything you can touch is super clean, we needed to join our beds together so our one year old could sleep with us (don’t think they have cots either) - when we did - it had HUGE dust bunnies, used bedroom slippers and other things under the bed. Also - there is no housekeeping after 6pm . So the one bellboy at front desk on ground floor had to help us with everything- from vacuuming the carpet to.... And this is where the drama begins. As my baby was about to sleep, he was drinking milk. Stopped. Then starting throwing up like a fountain. On the fresh sheets. Remember how I said there is no housekeeping? So they said they couldn’t help. The bellboy brought us fresh sheets, which we had to change ourselves. (While we needed to bathe/change the baby, soothe him etc get myself bathed etc) feed him again. Only to find that we weren’t given new blankets. So we called again, and told we would be charged extra for taking extra blankets. At that point, which was probably 3am after traveling all day .. we just said we’d pay for it. My son loved the fact that the big bay window we had faced out to the street with the Lotte carpark. He loves cars so that was the highlight of his trip. Also good - we had left one of his books, a charger and a scarf while when we left, and the management immediately sent us an email - and arrAnged to send our stuff back when we asked for it. (We paid about $40) Oh - and if you like grape bubblegum you’ll like how all their hallways smell. All in all - not too bad. I’d still go back based on the size + price + location compared to some other places that I’ve stayed in Seoul.
Location is fantastic, right next to Lotte Dept Store and street across Myeong-Dong street market. Convenient store just next door. Near airport bus bus station, 6015. However, need to carry luggage across the underpass and manage some stairs. Has safe in room with free WiFi. Rooms are clean, there’s a gym, hairdryer in room and there’s a safe in the room. No razors and limited toilet amenities. Can purchase at lobby counter.
Its our first time to visit Seoul. Crown Park was a great choice for our family trip. There is a convenience store (GS25 and 711) and a Starbucks downstairs. Lotte mall is in front, along with Myeongdong underground shopping. Myeongdong shopping street is on the next street and very accessible. The personnel are very courteous and helpful (special thanks to Zacharia— great english and went out of his way to help us with our grandfather). Downside— not a lot of people know where this place is, so make sure you have the address (in Korean) onhand everytime. Traffic during weekends can be bad as it is in front of Lotte mall, but if you’re taking the subway, this is not an issue. The Hotel lent us their wheel chair but the area around was not wheelchair friendly.
We are are check in on 3rd of June 2019, and we're booking via agoda website. The receptionist inform us that " we are booking for twin bed insted of one big bed, but we are insist that we are booking for one big bed. The receptionists Mr. Sam oh and Mr. Rio are trying to find out what happened. They inform us that there are some mistake between hotel reservation and agoda website. We a have no idea what happened cuz we're so tired due to jet lag. Then they upgrade room for us, We are so thankful and glad that they're try to help us as much as they can. We are appreciated that your staff are taking good care of us during the stay. Very nice staff and perfect location. Cheers!

From terminal one go to buss station 4. Take bus number 6701 and get off at Westin hotel. Walk about 2 min down hill to Crown Park hotel. The bus ride takes around 60 min. Lobby on 17 th floor and easy check in with nice and helpful staffs. Rooms are rather small Asian style but nice and clean and functional. Sizable bathroom. Fast WiFi included. Very good breakfast but as option there is Starbucks and also Seven / Eleven on both sides on the street. Walking distance to markets and huge department stor incl nice restaurants just opposite. You are really in the center here. We walked to the City Hall and the Palace. We took a taxi to Gangnam area where there are really nice and modern shops. We noted Suite rooms on the 18 th floor at 150 K extra. This may be a good option to selecting a top Five Star hotel. We will probably stay here also next time.
