Excellent experience, great room! The room service was delicious and the pool had a great view of the city.

I loved staying at Grand Hyatt Seoul! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel has lots of activities and very lively! It is high up on a mountain and you would need to take a bus or taxi if you can't walk up/down a hill. The walk is beautiful though. The airport Limousine bus stops at the hotel which is very convenient! The rooms are quiet and clean! I was very happy with my room, it was on a high floor with view of the city - spectacular view! I loved it everything about it and I would stay there again anytime I go back to Seoul!!!

well, this hotel has a history, located in the hills in the central Seoul. The location is not recommended for tourist; however, would be a good for couples to enjoy poolside bbq and relaxation. The hotel has so much traffic: Non-guest people coming in and out contantly, that the valet or the bell desk was unhelpful. I had quite a few bags and was not attended. Very disappointing. The hotel houses a well known club and a lot of noisy, druncken people pass by the hall ways after midnight. The restaurants are overpriced for its quality and taste. I would not recommend to a foodie.

Nice hotel - but over priced - club room amenities are below standard

The hotel looked great and was very comfortable. However, I can't except the amount of hidden charges the hotel has. I have been living and working in Korea for over three years and decided to take a trip into Seoul for one night with two friends (three people total) however, one friend was not sleeping in the room. However, the hotel made us pay a $40 surcharge to bring an extra guest into the room. I can't believe that. Additionally, the hotel bar near the hotel prices were over the top. Juice was 15 USD and we had to get it ourselves! If I am paying 15 USD for a glass or orange juice-- it would be nice to have a waiter near the pool. The room was comfortable, but small. Although, this is common among Asian hotels.

I liked their staff and cleaness of the room. Location was good since it was located middle of seoul. I would definitely revisit the hotel

Good Hotel, With good Lounge, Rooms, Staff. Overall worth staying.

Excellent facilluty and nice han-river view. I want visit again soon~

It was a good experience staying at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. There is a good spa with a lovely garden surrounding the hotel. Relatively the hotel was quiet and gave me the feeling of being away from everything. It is a good hotel to be in after a long journey.

Great hotel, would stay there again. Only negative is that, it's too far from a subway station, need to take a taxi or make a 20-30 min walk

PERFECT FOR VACATION WITH SWIMMING POOL!! YOU CAN GO LIKE A COUPLE OR WITH CHILD!1

We stayed here Thurs-Sun and had absolutely no complaints, except maybe the price, but when you stay at a Hyatt you know that going into it :-) But seriously, the hotel was absolutely spotless, the rooms amazingly clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the staff was 100% on-the-spot. Best service I have ever experienced in 36 years of traveling 4 continents. The only real "complaint" was the cooking of the breakfasts. The room service lunch & supper was good, but the omelets & french toast that came with the continental breakfast was not good. The recipe did not seem to be good, nor was the actual cooking. Even with the tiny portions they came in, my wife & I could never even combine to finish a single serving of the omelets or the french toast :-( And since she is 8months pregnant, leaving behind food should tell you something :-)

We didn't take advantage of much of the hotel, but the rooms were spotless (loved the decor) and the view from the lobby is truly one of a kind. Most of my time was spent in itaewon, shopping/nightlife. and this hotel was about 2,400 won trip (approx 3 min cab ride). Location was GREAT!

It was very nice hotel. I felt very comportable and downtown was very near. And Nam mountain was very wonderful. I will recomened other friend. It was very nice night.
