Had a lovely stay at the hotel. The diptyque toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel staff took the initiative to arrange for a friend’s family and mine to stay in the same wing although we had initially booked separate wings. Great service!

The Executive Tower is definitely worth the stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel since 2009 and the main tower rooms need a great deal of renovation. It was pretty horrible in 2023 when I was there. Service is always very good and this trip it was exceptional and the room was clean, brightly lit and comfortable. Amenities were ok but I care more about room lighting, size and cleanliness. Will definitely be back.

The service was great overall, the room was spacious, clean and amenities were great. The breakfast was also really good, a wide selection from different cuisines. Location is also in the middle of Myeongdong so very convenient and with Lotte Department Mall connected, even more so.
