This is a great hotel, amazing, friendly staff and really nice rooms. We stayed in a deluxe king room, it was very spacious and very comfortable. Lots of dining options in walking distance, 5mins walk to the City Hall Subway station, exit 9. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Seoul.

Surrounded by shopping, parks, and palaces, this hotel was great. The staff were very helpful and even helped us arrange beauty appointments during our stay. Popular sites like Cheonggyecheon, Nasam Tower, and shopping in Myeongdong were all a walk away. Buses and trains were also easily accessible from here. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We were so pleased with the variety of dining options around the property. The Manager met us at our cab when we arrived and helped us bring in our luggage. The front desk staff walked us to the subway and printed us a map of how to get your we had planned. They consistently when above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Absolutely lovely experience.

The hotel is centrally located with Namdaemun market in walking distance. There are many restaurants and nice place to take morning walks. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

This was an excellent hotel with helpful staff. Daniel was especially helpful and the fact that he spoke English well was especially appreciated. The restaurant, where we had breakfast, was very good. The location of the hotel, near city hall, was central.
