The room was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. The pillows and bed were of the right softness / hardness and the duvet contributed to a really snug and sound sleep daily. Nestled in the midst of office buildings, the hotel also had several eateries, a bakery and convenience store (CU) right below. Located at City Hall, the nearest exit is #8, and the underground tunnel brings you to other stations like Eujiro. It’s still a mystery (to my friend and me) how MyeongDong and City Hall stations are connected — it was an accidental discovery and when we tried to walk again, we couldn’t find it 😂 A perfect location to travel to other parts of Seoul. One drawback is the small laundry room — only 2 washers and dryers. But this does not compromise on the 5-star rating. The staff speak perfect English too!

Location is great and there are so many restaurants coffee shops just steps away. Subway station is close by. Lobby seems small for the size of the hotel with only two elevators which take a while to get in the elevators. Staffs are friendly and helpful. FYI- this hotel will charged a fee if you loose the room key.

very poor design of the bathtub/shower. whenever one takes shower there is a large puddle of water on top edges of the tub and it drips down to the bathroom floor. the edges instead should have been made level with a pitch to guide the water back to the tub.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I think when we were looking for a place to stay, this was the only hotel that offered bigger beds for an affordable price. Only thing I felt meh about was the lighting. It felt dark.

Property itself was great. The check-in was smooth, the room was nice but the only thing I found a little bit odd on was the design of the shower. It does tend to leave a lot of water on the floor of the restroom itself but other than that the stay was practically flawless when I come back from my annual trips I will be staying here again.

The girls at the front desk were so helpful w/ directions and advice for the city! They called a taxi for us to get back to the airport. About a 15-20 minute walk to the big night market. Perfect for our 24 layover.

Our stay at ENA Suite and Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to South Korea. The hotel is conveniently located near both the train and bus stations, with restaurants and a convenience store right next door.
