Koreana Hotel

While I cannot vouch for the lower floors, the executive floor had very nice rooms. These are standard size hotel rooms. Great Location Getting to the hotel from the airport was easier than taking the Airport Railroad Express Train (AREX). Get tickets at Arrival Hall between exits 4 & 5 (credit card), or guide at bus stop (cash only?). Bus area at 4A or 10B. http://www.kallimousine.com/eng/faq_en.html. and catch the 6701 bus and it goes strait to the hotel. Takes just over an hour. On return to airport, can buy at front desk when you check out. I also exchanged money here. The hotel is conveniently located in a great area and less than a block from City Hall metro station....metro is very easy to use. 1 mile walk to Seoul Tower, almost a strait shot.

Hotel appeared to be nice. However the carpet was badly soiled and the bathroom smelled of urine.

Check in was easy and quick. The concierge helped me order delivery because I was too tired to go out. The room didn't receive 5 stars on cleanliness because there were stains on the ground near the table and chairs and I found some staples on the carpet. Thankfully I didn't step on them. The price is not bad but I think I'd stay at a different hotel that's close to the Koreana Hotel instead.

The hotel was better than expected, the room was large and very comfortable. We had a twin room on the executive floor which gave us access to the comfortable, quiet executive breakfast area.

It was excellent services, location and clean environment. Perfect !

Had a group of 6 stay here. One room had 4 people but the room was very large and not compact. They were happy too because of the bathtub and not just a shower. Close to subway station too. Taxis are very cheap considering the distance.

We checked in at 3:00 PM and our assigned room was not ready so they upgraded us to the Executive Suites which was really nice for just $104. That was for 3 people!!! Room service was great and the concierge was terrific, very helpful and they could all speak English.

Nice, clean, & comfy. Stayed one night for a school reunion. Free parking was very convenient for a hotel located in the historic location. Close to everything everywhere.

The hotel was cheap and near many good places to eat and tourist locations.

walking distance from several traditional spots, including government buildings, the main palace, and this time of the year also the lantern festival (literally, across the street). short cab ride to other amazing places (as the palace with the secret gardens). Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel and rooms look a bit dated but are functional and more than enough if you just need a place to sleep. Wifi was included.

This hotel does not provide wifi, charge 20 dollars for the wifi.

location is great but hotel service not so good. no free wifi, even public wifi is free. ridiculous charges almost 20 bucks for wifi

I travel to Business Metting so good Location and good service, good Confernce room

The employees were always kind and provided all services we wanted.

very helpful staff and a very convenient location at the center of Seoul

This hotel is located blocks away from the Seoul train station as well as the Seoul city hall and art museum. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only thing that wasn't that great were the prices on the room service menu. It's fine if you work for a company and they pay you a high per diem, but as for vacationers... $9 for a can of soda? Overall it was a very nice hotel.

We enjoyed our room at the Koreana. It was perfectly located with many activities and restaurants outside the door. The staff was lovely.

very friendly and helpfull staff. room was looked after and clean.

Between the renovated floor, executive lounge services, and the included amenities like wifi and water, executive is the way to go.

Front desk people tracked down taxi where we had left passports. Very convenient to all major sights in Seoul. Room fine. Breakfast plentiful but not very good.
