To be honest, one of the worst check-in ever. Nice modern interior, but poor service. Due to full booking, every staff advised different ways to check in miscommunicated among staff themselves, which took much more time. Plus, Stained ice bucket was delivered. Nothing memorable except the ocean view.

Great hotel. Only wish I could've gotten a single king or queen bed instead of 2 twins as I was just one person.

We live and work in Seoul but wanted to get away from it all. Our daughters (7 and 5 YO) wanted to play on a beach somewhere, and we did not want to spend many hours flying somewhere. Paradise Hotel on Haeundae is always our go-to for trips like this. Its easy to take the SRT or KTX to Busan Station from Seoul and then grabbing a taxi to take us to the hotel. Once there, we check in and just relax. You can choose any restaurants, bars, and activities along the beach walkway or close to the hotel. But we love the buffet at Paradise and always have dinner and breakfast there. Its more about the late-night drinks and snacks we have outside of the hotel. And if the beach is too crowded or water is too cold, the hotel pool is always great~ Don't forget about the play area for kids on B1. There is a BMW experience, PlayStation experience with VR, and some other great things too! Staff makes you feel so welcome and you know you are at a top-quality hotel. Thank you as always!

Absolutely the best hotel in Busan. Perfect location, nice restaurants, facilities especially for kids (kids cafe, BMW driving experience zone, playstation game zone) and freindly staffs. Outdoor warm swimming pool and spa was also excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for family vacation in Busan.
