Was there last week with family. Room size was spacious with balcony and sea view. Bathtub, slippers, robes and toiletries. Beach was right in front. Within walking distance to restaurants. The pools are heated. Spa or hot spring is chargeable though. We were only given 2 complimentary. The rest of the family had to pay. 2 buildings linked. Breakfast was great and had varieties.
The service was impeccable! Our trip would not have been the same without the front-desk staff. We arrived very late and they were extremely accommodating. The location and beach were ideal. Wonderful property ambience and close to market areas within walking distance. Rooms were immaculately cleaned with comfortable amenities.
Paradise hotel busan is a very good 5 stars hotel , the hotel is located in Haeundea Beach area. Good location with lots lots of restaurants close by. We had Ocean View high floor room with balcony, the view is amazing. Besides the view, the Hotel staffs is all very friendly and helpful. They always put on a smiling face and with friendly greetings. Very helpful and patiently answered our questions. There is airport Limousine bus come to our hotel. We are easily walking to the metro station and bus station. First time for us to come Busan but no problem we can explore the city with the public transport. For sure, we will come back to stay in Paradise hotel Busan again
We only popped in for afternoon refreshments. We were very impressed by the aesthetics of the lobby and the views of the beach. Elegant drinks but, as expected of such a grand place, rather expensive. Well worth the experience though!
By far the best service I've ever received from hotel staff, this place deserves every star of their 5 stars. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, both at night and in the morning/during the day and you can access the beach directly from the rear exit of the hotel, accessible only to hotel guests who have their key card. The bed was comfortable and the room extremely quiet. There's even a sofa bed in the room, so it could potentially sleep a total of 3 people in the room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend some time relaxing. There is a beautiful pool with a great view of the ocean. The "Cimer" outdoor spa/onsen also comes highly recommended as it was quite relaxing to soak in heated tubs with a great view of the ocean at night. There is also a gym and sauna, but I did not get a chance to use these facilities. The best hotel I've had the pleasure of visiting thus far. This hotel has awesome outdoor spa pools but limited to one use per night of stay only. We were told twice when we checked in that it was once a day but on day 2’s morning we were then told that they would be charging us should we use the outdoor spa again. The indoor sauna is also not included as part of the stay. As they have already charged a very high rate for the stay, I do not see why all these complicated charging systems should even exist. Great service of the staff. Shopping wise not many options around.
I have stayed here a couple of times and will come back again. A strange fact - not many staff beyond reception and restaurants actually speaks English, which is very strange. I went to a spa for $450, where no one could say a word in English, even at the reception. The booklets also were in Korean only ( or, perhaps, they run out?) I hope this changed. All social media are only in Korean like they do not have international customers. I tried to write to them on Instagram - and surprisingly no one cares and answers. Do you outsource your marketing? Then you should speak to your agency or find a new marketing manager as customers service beyond the reception seems very awkward and ignorant. For this level of the hotel, it is simply unacceptable. I really would like to feel heard and not ignored all the time I try to connect. I can see there are some gigs are going on (announcements are in Korean only, of course). Apparently, they do not want any guests who do not speak Korean here as they never answer if you try to speak in English.
I just had a small family wedding lunch here in the Sicily Room on the 1F. The hotel staff was so helpful. I myself speak a little Korean, but they were extremely understanding, detailed, and diligent to make sure that my wife and guests were well taken care of. They worked with my MC and photographer and decorator to make the room and lunch look perfect. I wish I got her name, but it was one young lady and young gentlemen who really ran the show and did an amazing job doing it. I can't thank them enough. 너무 감사합니다.
Stayed for 2 nights and have been staying in this hotel for several times. Great location near the beach. Room is spacious and clean with good staff. Definitely worth a stay if you intend to be around Hanudae Beach.
It's cold this time of year but I really like this hotel at anytime except summer holiday season when it is packed and the prices are high. The waterfront is picturesque and the rooms with ocean view always the best choice . The lobby is a comfortable place to lounge around with work colleagues and I seem to spend hours there without realizing the time. Meanwhile the staff are attentive but discrete about your drinks and nibbles. The gym is adequate here but not fantastic but the views awesome.
