Balcony view from my room was stunning! I loved the hit springs pools. When I checked in on Sunday, the pools were very very crowded with very loud children. But by Monday, most were gone. It would be helpful to have a sign by the pool alerting guests to the concept of lap swimming. People with children were moving crosswise while of us were trying to swim laps. Overall, fabulous hotel with stunning location!

The spa was one of the best of the five hotels I stayed in during my 2 week trip. Its location is also a A+. Beach. Street food. Open markets. Restaurants. Night life. Service is also excellent like everywhere in Korea. Work out area is smaller than others but the view of the ocean more than makes up for it.

Positives: - Great view - Walkable to Haeundae Beach and traditional markets - Nice bakery and restaurants within hotel Negatives: - Mould on grout around shower/tub area - Shower/tub combo with shower curtains outdated and difficult to get in/out for elderly and children - Room towels/robes smells like bleach/pool chlorine - Hotel charges KRW 5,000 for edible ice - No coffee machine. Just a kettle and use of tea/coffee bags - Can hear sound of music from outdoor pool area or through balcony speaker late at night

Compared to other hotels, the staff were incredibly friendly. I had breakfast and dinner buffets, and the breakfast was the best compared to other hotel buffets. The dim sum, in particular, was the best among all the hotels.

Very nice hotel with a great service and sweet small touches, which make you feel welcomed and nice. The small beach behind the pool is a pearl, my favorite sport during the whole stay.

Meh- not worth the money at all

Expensive and stuffy. The main pool was absolutely packed- I wouldn't even dream of getting in there. The beach is fine but the hotel doesn't even privide umbrellas and chairs- that's a separate service (no twoels avai;able either the hotel won't let you use theirs and the service doesn't have them So to use the beach you'd have to BUY beach towels which is silly). Food, meh. Rude waiters and desk people. Rooms dated and only ok for this price. We did like the hot tubs on the roof but that's about all.
