Although the room was small, it was clean, and had everything I needed. The front desk staff was super nice and very helpful. I needed a quick spot to sleep for a night and this was perfect.

We only stayed 1 night as we arrived late into Seoul and leaving for Busan the next day. The hotel was located very close to Seoul station making it easy to get to from the airport and also departing on the KTX the next day. For 1 night the room was fine but I certainly wouldn’t want to stay much longer. Very small making it difficult to navigate with luggage. Knew it was small when we booked so not a criticism, just a comment. For a short overnight stay I would highly recommend as it’s cheap, clean neat and conveniently located. For long term I would definitely look at something with more space

I was solo travelling in Seoul for a few days and this hotel is really good close to Seoul station. My room was great everything was provided. The staff were really friendly and really enjoyed my stay. Will book again when i come back to Seoul next year.Will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The property is fine if you’re staying for less than 24 hours and just want to rest your head. But if staying longer I suggest you look for another place. The lack of lifts is a real disadvantage. It was hard to lug luggages in a small set of stairs. Rooms were pretty tiny I suppose it’s standard for Seoul. But felt really claustrophobic. I suppose you get what you pay for in Seoul.

Close walking distance to Seoul station and AirPort Express train. Staff seemed friendly and check in and out were quick using the kiosk. Room was tiny but bed was super comfy. I would’ve rated at least 4 stars if didn’t have to carry our 70 lbs luggages up/down to 4th floor. Staff did help carry one luggage. Never imagined a hotel to not have an elevator at this rate since wasn’t that cheap.

The bathroom was so stinky and smelly and made the whole room smell. It was such a strong sewer smell that I had a terrible night sleep and I even woke up early to check out ASAP cause it was so uncomfortable due to the stink. There was also a bug on my towel. Would never come back. Thank god it was only 1 night.

We were returning to Seoul from Busan and leaving in 2 days to fly back to Arizona. This hotel was very convenient to Seoul Station (walking distance). The room was on the small side but clean and quiet. The only downside was that there was no elevator and our room was on the 4th floor. Upon checking in the front desk clerk helped us with our heavier bag. We (me and wife) are both 70 years old so it wasn't easy going up to the 4th floor. I'm not sure if we could have requested a lower level room given our age. Other than that everything was great.

Room for 3 pax is small, not much space. I have asked for make up service for room, but staff only said ok and not done! When I complaint, they said I had to put up the make up room door tag! Gosh, this should be made known to me earlier! So, for 4 nights, the room is not cleaned with clean bedsheets!
