Busy hotel. No air conditioning and room was 80 degrees. Next to freeway so opening window to cool down room created a lot of noise. Showerhead was coming out of the wall. It was very cheap and there was a shuttle bus, that’s about it’s only recommendation

The hotel is very near the airport, very clean and the staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. The shuttle was on time to drop us off the airport the next morning and the driver was very efficient with our luggage. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great Saty

Had a great stay at this hotel! Super convenient location—just three metro stops from the airport, which made getting there so easy. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby, so finding a good meal was never a problem. The hotel itself was clean, comfy, and had a really welcoming vibe. The staff was friendly and always happy to help. Perfect for a layover or staying a few days—I'd definitely stay here again! The only thing I’d love to see them improve is the towels. They were pretty worn out and thin, so upgrading to new, better-quality ones would make the experience even better.

At about 11:30 pm, almost midnight, while I was sleeping, firealarm started ringing, and announcing Fire! escape as soon as possible! All the guests were panic and came out of their rooms.. But a couple of minutes later, announcing again, fire sensor was mis-operated, no fire, so sorry about that. Everything was good except this. Of course, thanks for NO FIRE.

I had 5 bags and was asked to pay 15k won to get a ride back to the airport. Not really free shuttle or atleast have a disclaimer to inform your guests.

Had to take a taxi from ICN rather than the free shuttle, because it was not available between 6 and 9 pm. Front desk guy was gracious. Hotel definitely needs an overhaul. Nothing like the pics they portray. Bed was comfortable, however, I won't be returning.
