and was given a high-floor room. Unfortunately, the room had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. At first, the hotel sent an air purifier, and since I was very tired, I just stayed the night. The next morning, I was able to change rooms, which resolved the issue. Aside from that, everything was comfortable. However, I did feel that the service quality has slightly declined compared to my previous stays.

This is a top hotel in Seoul no doubt - classy, staff are top notch. My only mild complaint is the pricing of the restaurants. I've been to my share of 5 star hotels and most of them throw in a mix of cost options. Everything here was just too expensive even for a 5 star - food wise. Apart from that it's an exceptional hotel and lots of food options to walk to as a solution...but still...eg only glass of wine in the bar available was $28 for a glass. Only option .

The experience was amazing from check in to check out. The staff were attentive; the room was well appointed and very comfortable. We had an amazing view from the 15th floor. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever had. We will definitely try to stay here again.
