I spent four nights at this very good hotel. The staff make the difference in a hotel experience for me and they were very professional, courteous and helpful. I was attending a small conference at the hotel. I also agree that the location is better suited to business travelers. However, the water views, the extreme building skyline and extraordinary vistas are worth spending a couple of nights there anyway. Great swimming pool. I had a corner suit which I can rate as one of the best hotel views I have experienced. The Australian hotel manager attended a few functions with us and was a great ambassador for the chain. The breakfast buffet and service is as good as it gets and is very popular with locals at weekends. Overall I recommend this hotel as a quiet sophisticated retreat in a very busy city.
Stayed one night on a Korea Revisit Program. Hotel is one of the better hotels I have stayed in for many years, and I travel frequently. Took a while to figure out all of the neat features in the room. There is a TV screen flush mounted in the bathroom mirror. Stayed in an end room and it appeared to be larger than the other rooms on the floor--Room 1512. Breakfast buffet was very good with outstanding views and helpful staff. Had a very good luncheon (banquet) which was part of the Revisit Program with local dignitaries. Wished I could have stayed there 2-3 more nights.
I highly appreciate how you put effort in responding back to the all request and questions. All the staffs were accommodating, and very friendlyI was able to enjoy my stay comfortably as if it was my own house. I’m expecting to return again one day.
My wife and I stayed at the Park Hyatt Busan recently on a vacation tour of Korea. We did enjoy our stay and felt the hotel was terrific. But I'd keep in mind that this hotel is a little better oriented for the business traveler than the casual tourist. The location is the major part of the reason - there isn't really anything else around the area. We learned after arriving that this is eastern Busan which is newer and offers less for the tourist traveler. There's little in the way of tourist attractions or even local food - the nearby restaurants are largely international fare and not particularly good at that. However, the hotel itself is top notch, with a great room, views of the water and city nearby, and a great bar and restaurant at the top floor. The service is also great, and the concierge and housekeeping staff were professional and attentive. Summary: Not a knock on the hotel, which was pretty close to flawless, but I'd opt to stay in western Busan next time, which has more for tourism than this locale offers.
Good zen style interior ocean view room good. Like dinning Bad Entrance is too small. Bar menu need to upgrade. Need to wait long time for elevators Need to long waiting for Valet parking They don't have partnership with credit card VIP service like other 5-6star hotel in Korea.
Nice hotel. Nice facility. Rooms are super clean and tidy. Well arranged. Great ocean view. Best hotel in Busan. Staffs are well trained and really helpful. Breakfast was excellent. little bit expensive but it's worth.
Truly a 5-star hotel! I love the room floor, the food and the view! It's like waking up next to the sea and sometimes, it feels like waking up and you see this painting of a sea. It's surreal but it's lovely! And it's not the intimidating kind of 5-star hotel.
Whilst the Marina and Haeundae Beach area is a bit isolated to the main city of Busan, this is a still a lovely spot to base yourself. The hop on hop off bus stop out the front is excellent. The views from the lobby lounge are second to none, just spectacular. Service was on par for a 5 star property and breakfast here was fantastic, a great offering set in a beautiful dinning space. Rooms are comfortable with very nice décor and of course magic views. We very much enjoyed our stay and will recommend.
The location is perfect close to many activities and yet keeping calm. The staff is smiling and helpful always. The dinner experience at Dining Room at 32nd floor is a must have. Foods are amazing and very well served. Thanks to the chef and the kitchen team 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Please read my review on top. I left feeling that the hotel didn't do much to welcome my stay or the staff didn't go extra mile to make my stay more pleasant. I don't plan on coming back and this experience was very disappointing since I've stayed at other Park Hyatt locations.
