Park Hyatt Busan

I have no regret for choosing living in Haeundae area over the others and that Park Hyatt is the hotel of choice in this regards. The area is serene and quiet which gives you a refuge from the busy city life and its proximity to the prime shopping area Centum and the famous beaches (Haeundae and Gwangalli) allows you to enjoy best of both worlds. The staff at Park Hyatt is extremely friendly and helpful and you can depend on their advice and service without reservation.

Very accommodating staff at concierge and Front desk. We mentioned it was an anniversary and they sent us a special amenity which was a great surprise. They gave us great suggestions on dining and site seeing in the short time we had to explore the city. The hotel was located in Marine City which is very close to the Haeundae area with lots of restaurants etc. Rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms were especially nice with great Le Labo amenities. Thank you for a great experience!

Both the city view and the ocean view in the lounge are beautiful at night. There are good streets around the hotel for jogging or walking. The room is well furnished like a five-star hotel. However, you should carry your luggage with you when you visit at night because there is no Porter. The lounge is on the 30th floor, but it is a pity that ordinary rooms are on the lower floor. Also, business men's razor can not be found unless they have a separate call. You can use a swimming pool and sauna facilities.

This hotel deserves its number 1 spot on trip advisor. It is a flawless hotel with great views of the marina and bridge. Yummy deserts on the top floor and a lovely place. I would certainly ask for a view of the marina and bridge if you can.

the hotel is perfectly located looking at the bridge. at night it's views of the bridge are amazing ' the hotel has 2 restaurants which are very good. lobby located on e9th floor and rooms are under. the indoor pool in on the 4tg floor , big with nice seating and plantation. brekfastis very good and with a huge variety . well recommended

Nice dessert at top floor lobby cafe. Ordered the fondue set, that comes with coffee or tea for 2. It was delicious and view from the sofa next to window was fantastic. Great place to relax and unwind while soaking in panoramic view of Busan harbor.

Ultra modern with clean muted color palate. The room is automated with much of what anyone could need provided. Worth noting that the lobby is on the 30th floor so if you are driving you will need to take 2 elevators before reaching the check-in desk. Staff are very helpful. Night views from the lobby windows are excellent. This hotel is surrounded by high rise apartment buildings with one side facing the bridge and bay. We stayed in the family suite which unfortunately had a column position a few inches from the side of one of the beds. It made for a cramped walk through one side of the room, an unfortunate design oversight in my opinion since it didn't really serve a function. The room had technical touches everywhere from controlling all the lights and curtains to the TV integrated in the bathroom mirror.

Our Business trip to Busan had us staying at the Park Hyatt. It was; All Well or Evan Better, then I could have thought. It is about an hour, give or take a few minutes from the airport. My room was Exquisite, the View Amazing. The Bed slept great along with the pillows working for my needs. The staff was friendly from the top to the bottom. A different deal was the Check in was on the 30th floor with the rooms below that floor. We had rooms on the 17 floor. I would stay here again if in Busan again.

The hotel is beautiful. The views are amazing. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were elegant, and the beds were comfortable. Everything you would expect from a Hyatt property. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staying at the Park Hyatt in Busan is really a treat. Not only are the rooms and all restaurants, lounges and facilities ultra-modern and beautiful, but the views are truly breath-taking and the selection of wines and liquors to watch them by is quite good. I highly recommend you stay here when visiting Busan - conveniently located close to the International Film Festival center and not too far from the beach!
