Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Living room has open floor plan with Queen hide-a-bed, flat screen TV, Fireplace & Queen Murphy bed. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes cozy breakfast bar with stools. Master bedroom has a comfy Queen bed & flat screen TV; master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. We had a wonderful time staying at this unit for 5 days, 4 nights. The condo is clean and huge for our family of 3 and has everything we need. Kitchen is fully supplied including paper towell, plastic wraps and foil. The full sized washer/dryer machine and the Murphy bed are very useful. The panoramic view is spectacular. The location is excellent. We walk to the beach and Broadway every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you!!

Perfect get away

Our stay here was relaxing. Just what we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Which is very important to us. As we get away to rest and relax. Having an awful bed can be a game changer. We did not cook. But it seemed as if the kitchen was stocked well. We are coffee drinkers, and this unit had a great kuirig machine. Bring your pods! I would recommend this unit to everyone. We can’t wait to back.

Property was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with quality pans and cooking tools. The location was perfect. We were able to easily come and go throughout the day, stopping in for lunch, then heading back to the beach or shopping. We ordered dinner from MO’s one night, and it was less than a 5 minute walk to pick it up.The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We didn’t try the sofa bed so can’t speak to that. A wonderful, spacious condo, with beautiful views. We enjoyed every minute of it.

The location is great. The place is older but beds were comfortable and furniture was nice. Fully stocked kitchen. The only complaint is the place was dirty, dusty, food under hide a bed dirt under bed, nightstand dusty along with on top of the headboard. There is a large population of homeless hanging atound.

Wonderful Place To Stay!

Seaside Oceanfront Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and hope to return again. The condo was clean, the kitchen was adequately stocked, there was plenty of seating, and the decor had a beachy charm. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms were well stocked. We loved having two bathrooms; one with a walk-in shower. Communication was excellent & instructions for care of unit, parking, check out were clear. The ocean views from the picture window & patio were wonderful. The location was excellent for access to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at the property for the events on the beach. The access to the Promenade and the beach were fantastic, and it was just a little south of things so it was quiet and calm which we loved. The only thing I can think of to suggest is that there be better lighting in the living area, either with larger lamps or overhead lighting. Thanks for such a great weekend!

Everything was terrific. We cooked and served over 35 people fir our family reunion.

Very very nice. We had a great time. Been coming to Seaside for 57 years for our reunion and everyone who visited us remarked how very nice our rental was. We will be booking for August 2023 very soon.
