Terrible, came into the room and there was a stain and HAIR on the bed. Not only was the bed gross the bathtub was filled w BLACK VISIBLE HAIR and soap scum. When trying to communicate with the staff they were basically calling me a liar and rude. That’s not how customer service should be. Really ruined the start of my birthday.

Our check in was fast and friendly. We were there for the bridge 10k and the person who checked us in was very considerate in letting us have a slightly later checkout time. It was directly across from the finish line so ideal for what we were in town for.

Outdated, the room was clean when you walked in. It smelled like a swimming pool with the bleach… the air conditioner was on its last leg. It sounded like an airplane taking off and landing… and when it finally cycled off, I could hear the grunting from another room….😳The people that were out in their car all night with the engine on was super annoying the curtains do not block out the street lights so it’s like it’s three in the afternoon all night… never been so ready for 5 o’clock in the morning to roll around so I could leave..
