Ramese was the best person to deal with for my late check in. He did not make me feel like i was a bother. I do feel the morning lady could use a bit of help with her customer service skills. Housekeeping was nice.

This property is overpriced, limited amenities, no ice machine, poor reception.
The room was very nice and the price was affordable. The only complaint I have is that there was quite a bit of road noise. Cleanliness and friendliness was top notch.

Easy check-in. Nice room other than somewhat firm and squeaky bed. Close to Pig-N-Pancake restaurant which served good choice of breakfast items. Somewhat limited on lunch choice. Didn't see a dinner menu. Motel is right next to Hwy 30 which is a major thoroughfare for traffic (especially trucks). Heat/AC unit was efficient and not too noisy. Wall mounted soap and lotion dispenser by sink and soap and shampoo dispensers in shower. Close to Riverwalk although it was too cold when we visited to walk very far. I would recommend this place other than the traffic noise.

The front desk lady is very nice, accepts request and tries her best to meet the request. She makes you feel right at home. Rooms are remodeled, nice size fridge, and price is reasonable.
Privacy between beds in double room.
Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Room was dirty. Coffee pot obviously not cleaned from last guest. Blanket on bed was old and tattered with stains. The kind of room you dont want to take your shoes off in. The lady at check in was really nice though. Wouldn’t book again.
Rooms are well worn and funky. Right next to the highway and plenty of noise. Staff are nice but seem overwhelmed.
Loved the tw queen room, beds were more like fulls but they were seperated by the bathroom in the middle so allowed for privavy; very nicely arranged. Love the sink in the bathroom. Nicely decorated and refurnbished look. Clean and open praking area. Front desk lady was AWESOME!!!!!
The decor was nicely done and the amenities were upscale in the room. We felt the motel was overpriced.
Great location, nice value for the accomodations. Room was modern, clean. Nice sized refrigerator; good coffee. Bed was a little small; more like a double than a queen. Over all a great deal. Needs a pet friendly area for service animals.
