Room maintenance has been neglected. Cabinet drawers sliders were broken and inoperable, carpet wrinkled and stretched, light bulb over the desk was burned out, bathroom towel rack loosely hanging on wall, sink had missing stopper, toilet seat loose and if that was not enough I found a pair of pants from a previous occupant under the bed.

We had a great stay. Friendly receptionists and their complimentary breakfast was a great. Walking distance to everywhere we would want to go and very quiet at night. The only thing I didn't like was a remote control in our room was sticky.

The hotel is just as charming as it appeared in the pictures, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. Heated tile floor in the bathroom was a wonderful surprise! Hotel Elliott delivered on everything in a small, cozy room. The location downtown is central to everything, breakfast is better than average, and the coffee was excellent. All in all, it was a great place to stay and I will definitely be back!

The room was great, the heated floors in the bathroom were very welcome. The only ding in the whole stay was the breakfast. It was extremely bland and unappetizing
