The property is stunning. Put on your tennis shoes and walk the hundred and seventy stairs down to the beach daily. Hekps you wear yourself out for the night especially if you're visiting from a different time zone. The property was clean and beautiful but even the worker there told us to always make sure we have an updated room because some are bad. It's a condo not a hotel and some peiple live there but it is absikutky stunning.

Beautiful natural grounds that were pleasing to the senses.

We were a little disappointed in our room in that there was literally not a single chair so you always had to sit on the beds. And there was no air conditioning or fan. Not often hot enough to be a problem on the coast but there was one afternoon we were suffering. The property is well maintained with great ocean views, nice pool, tennis courts (with equipment to borrow), and nature trail. The beach was pretty rocky and accessible only by many many stairs.

The room was lovely with a great view. Clean, maintained and stocked correctly in the kitchen. The property itself is tucked away along a cliff and well maintained. The area is quiet and full of lush scenery.

The property has time shares and individual apartments that are rented out we had a 2 Bed Room with kitchen room 242. It was nice but odd, some things like the refrigerator, oven and whirlpool were over the top nice. There was a nice washer dry also. Some of the ceiling was low. All units seem to have a great view of the ocean. There is easy access to small beach area at high tide. Low tide is when you want to go down though as there are nice tidal pools with lots of sea life. The tidal pools to the right (north) are the best but the walk to the left (south) goes to sea arches that you can go under at low tide. At high tide the sea arches are filled with water. This is the Devils Punch Bowl state park. The pool is outstanding as well. We were there in June and it was windy and in the 60s but the pool was well heated and behind glass to block the wind. It was comfortable. The restaurant is just now open a few days a week for carry out only. The restaurant has a view but the room views are better. Plan on using the kitchen or carry out. The parking is a little ways away but you can get a shuttle. The Otter Rock loop road goes to the property but the north part of it is north bound only. The one way part is over the top great.

Has private beach.nice pool. We saw 2 seals swim close to the beach. Beautiful sunset view from our room and the beach.

Dated rooms with ripped furniture, the fabric divider on the balcony was ripped and so loud it shook the glass door. We had to check out as there was no way we'd be able to sleep there with how loud it was. The rooms are so far from the parking lot.

Unique setting. Nice views.

Such a lovely place.

We really enjoyed our stay there

Loved the “cabin in the woods next to the ocean” feel… didn’t realize however that we wouldn’t be able to park close to our door. But staff was great! And very helpful despite the fact we didn’t even get there before check in time ended.

The vies from the room was great. The distance from the parking lot to the room was inconvenient. There was a cloth partition on the deck that made a constant noise due to the wind.

It is quiet and beautiful!! I have been here several times over the years It did not disappoint. Was disappointed the restaurant was not open for inside dining. Also the takeout menu was like a lot of other menus. Nothing special.

This is a very nice older property with lovely grounds. The condo had an amazing view and was decently appointed. The restaurant was not open except for restricted takeout and there is no grocery on site which would be convenient. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, we had a nice time.

Loved the quietness and the views of otter rock. And the whales

This is a beautiful location. Great views. Great location - in between Lincoln city and Newport. This afforded a lot of quiet and privacy, but allowed for a quick car ride to restaurants and coffee. Property is pretty. Walls are thin, we heard other rooms and people walking by. Communication was less than desired. I was running late and called around 3pm to let them know. I was directed to leave a message so I told them I'd be there around 1015pm and asked them to call me back if that was a problem. No one ever returned my call. Out of sheer luck I called again at 945 to tell them I was 25 minutes away. They told me they'd be gone, as they leave the office at 10. It was stressful! I'm so glad I called because the office person told me she'd stay a bit and if I got there by 1015 she'd "probably" still be there. When I did get there, luckily she was still there. As I was checking in, she couldn't find the Orbitz reservation in the computer, so I showed my confirmation. This whole thing was stressful. I'm just glad I didn't need to sleep in my car. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. So be sure to be on time! Lol

Staff was absolutely wonderful and welcoming!! There was a spider in the sink area. View was awesome except the roof from the suites below somewhat obscured the view. Loved the golf carts!

I loved the real fireplace. It made it very nice and cozy

Hello Lisa, Thanks for the feedback, we will let the owner of the unit know about the issues you had. Our property is uniquely design so cars aren't near the rooms for it to be a peaceful quiet stay but it's also not for everyone. I'm also glad we were able to get you a refund process started through Orbitz and I hope you had a better stay elsewhere.
