Sadly in need of cleaning

Sadly, the rooms were dirty, with bugs on the wall and curtains. Carpet was both torn and dirty. Stray hair was found on the bed covers. Quite awful; we checked out the next morning. I was charged by both hotels.com AND by the property and will now have to sort out what needs to be refunded and by whom. Poor experience all around.

I thought while the property didn’t have in Timmy ways a long list of amenities that was OK, as I usually don’t use too many amenities in hotels anyway. The room was super clean and comfortable and offered a lot of space since we were there for a couple days. Everything in the room was in good working condition, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was excellent and extremely friendly.

Quite adequate accessible room with following recommendations: lower the basin. Lid for toilet. Counter by basin for personal toiletries. Curtains don't close to keep out light completely so we put a bag in front to hold them closed. Everything else was fine. Breakfast is smaller on weekdays but still plenty of food for us m

Very nice stay, we will be back!

Check in was fast, friendly and professional with free cookies for a tastey little before dinner snack. Room was very spacious and clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable and had the softest bedding I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on! Bathroom was clean, adequate size and a beautiful shower/bathtub with lots of hot, steamy water. Breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, waffels and a variety of other col items.
