We were so blessed to receive “hot” quality coffee in the lobby after arriving late afternoon on a chilly day. Also, to enjoy hot apple cider and hot chocolate that the lodge provided. I am so blessed. Thank you Lexi also for the perfectly popped popcorn. It is available from 6:30-9:00 pm nightly. The best I’ve tasted in a long time. When we entered our room, we were so blessed to see the lovely Rogue River off our balcony. We will definitely stay here and refer family and friends to this hotel if they ever pass through.

The room was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the dog friendly facility for my dog, Jazmine. The full Free breakfast was Topnotch! They even sent my dogs sweater back to us when we had left it in the room by mistake. This is a hotel with a heart 💞

We love staying at this hotel! You feel a warmth inside the quaint lobby with friendly staff, 24 hr coffee, and fresh popcorn upon check-in. The rooms are very clean, well stocked including 2 robes and a charging port on the desk for USB or type C. This was especially helpful when I had the wrong block! We have enjoyed the balcony views of the river and wildlife. The beds are very comfortable as well. We are frequent visitors.

The front desk attendant, Cheryl, was excellent! She helped me change my reservation and was polite and professional in each interaction, both before and during my stay — especially noting it was during a holiday. Room was clean, fridge was plugged in and running (thank you), ice machine was ready when needed, water pressure was solid. Love that balcony/view facing the river! Breakfast was good, choice of regular waffle batter and banana bread batter, which was fun — solid selection of cereals, yogurts, juices, along with fresh fruit, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. Downside was being able to hear my upstairs neighbor walking around and the slight dog odor when I first entered the room — went nose blind pretty quickly. I’ve already stayed here twice, this may become the hotel I always choose when staying in Grants Pass, OR.
