The place is under renovation no pool, no tub, no breakfast. We were told ahead of time after the fact that we booked already (no refund). With out the amenities… I think its a bit over price. Its a place to sleeep in. If your’re not picky its ok. The cleaners were already in our room and it is not even ck out time yet. They don’t have do not disturb sign at the doors to use.

The property was very transparent in the fact that they were going through a remodel and alerted me to the amenities that were unavailable. The areas that we had access to were definite upgrades from the finished that I remember from 5 years ago. It's going to be a really nice upgrade once it is finished.

The property states that the pool is seasonal and that the exercise room etc are closed down for the season there's no continental breakfast and for a 135 $40 I think you ought to get some at least some breakfast the carpets in the hallways were tore up and they smelled really bad and they put me in a room that was obviously a pet room because it's stunk like a dog and I don't have any pets

The staff was very friendly and homely. As long as they have availability, they allowed for early checkin. While we were there, it was under construction, so there was no pools/hot tub or other amenities they would normally have. Also, be careful of construction debris while they are doing renovations, we ended up with a staple in our tire and had to fill up the tire prior to leaving in the morning. The place was clean and nice and the family feel of the staff made it well worth it!

What happened to my non smoking room?

Stayed 4 nights in a King bed room. I reserved a non-smoking room, but the one I was given at check-in had Definitelyy been smoked in! Immediately asked the reception worker for a different room. The only other option was the room next door, which did smell a little better, but was under the stairs to the 2nd floor, next to the vending machines, and across the hall for the housekeeping/laundry room. So, I decided to opt for the smoky, but hopefully quieter, room. Asked if they could bring some air freshener and the maintenance man brought a can that was virtually empty, adding that it was the only can they had. The room itself didn't feel as nice as the pictures look. The lights aren't bright enough and it felt dark, even with all of the lights on. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and there were no bugs! Over 4 days, though, housekeeping never came in once. The property was previously a Shilo Inn, and apparently also previously had an exercise room, hot tub, etc. There were no amenities of any sort at this hotel. The room had a microwave and a fridge, and there was a small convenience store off of the lobby. Once you know how to find it (behind the car wash), the location is not bad, with a Fred Myer grocery store, Starbucks, Wendys and Dennys just across the street. Unfortunately, I am not sure if I would stay at this hotel again given the price, the lack of amenities and the lack a guarantee for a smoke-free room!
