First off, the outside appearance wasn't exactly alluring, and the parking lot was quite limited. We got a space, but I think some would have to park on the street as there seemed to be less spots than rooms.
The owner gave us a choice of rooms before we arrived and she allowed us to check in early. In looking at my itinerary, I was to have a "Family Room and two bedrooms." However, the room we were given had two total room, and both were not just crammed, but there was limited flat spaces to place materials. The bathroom was incredibly small with a 2.5 x 2.5 shower and the tiniest sink I've ever seen.
The area itself is nice and we could see Morro Rock once out of the room on onto the street. In terms of the street, there were some sketchy people hanging around outside early in the morning so it was hard to just stand around and soak in the view.
Overall, if the room matched our itinerary, or IF the nightly cost was lower it would have been a better overall experience. BTW: I am in contact with Expedia over the inaccuracy our experience.
