I rented two rooms the weekend of january 8th 2021. We had an amazing stay. The hostess of the shores was extremely nice and convivial. The hotel was updated and outstanding. Thanks for a great stay!

I like the location, close to the beach. I was disappointed with the staff, we asked for extra pillows and towels and were told no on the pillows as there were enough in the room. And then only gave us 2 extra towels, when only 2 were in the room. There were 2 adults and 2 kids, staying for two nights so i usually ask for a least 2 extra above what our family would use. I don't think it's unreasonable when staying for the weekend. Our room smelled, luckily we had a balcony so we were able to open the door and air it out a little. Had a microwave, mini fridge and coffee pot in the room which was nice. Couch-bed was uncomfortable, I would recommend just getting double beds

Did not get the room booked. Told they didn't have any downstairs. I use a walker and cane. After I told his i spoke to someone the day I booked it and was assured. He was blaming I used expedia. Told my husband we will wait till money is back in my account and go elsewhere. He found a nice room downstairs. Not handicapped.

We had a nice stay. The bed and the room were very nice. The Jacuzzi still had not been cleaned though other visitors mentioned this problem. For me the Jacuzzi was nice and the temperature was perfect. The jets were a little strange. The courtyard had mattresses and bed springs piled up and that did not give us a good feeling on arrival. They were there in the evening and in the morning when we left.

We have stayed here before, in an UPSTAIRS room, and loved it. Really cute property, clean room, friendly staff, great price. Wonderful experience! Sooooooo we booked again... DOWNSTAIRS, NEVER AGAIN!!! Halfway noise echos in your room. You can hear every little conversation as people walk by. Thankfully, the child running around in the room above us went to sleep early... tiny little feet sounded like an elephant stampede! My biggest complaint is the notion censored lights. They not only turn off, leaving you in the dark when they don't sense movement, but they also turn on when you get up in the middle of the night... seriously?!?!? Nobody wants a bright, overhead light blinding them and waking others up in the middle of the night!!!

I would have liked an elevator It was awkward for seniors climbing the stairs. .

We had an excellent time, the location of the hotel and quality was in line for the cost! We will stay there again.

This is our favorite hotel at Morro Bay. Big rooms, tight parking

All the extra details make a huge impact on the experience of staying here. Courteous service, Comfortable mattress, 🔥 fireplace, the fountain ⛲️ , and the courtyard. The only improvement is Better views from the rooms would be great lol.

I loved it the room , the bath plus it was animal friendly

The rooms are quite spacious and location is very good.

I like that it was close to the beach and affordable

My pillow cases were not changed they had hairs. When requested replacement, maid service was upset and she said " well we can't be cleaning everything" then pointed out dusty furniture. I will never use them again.

Close to beach. Nice and clean. Vary low priced for how close to the beach it is.

it was comfortable and a good location. the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Room had water damage and smelled of mold. Floors were dirty and wood flooring was popping up and completely disconnected from the ground!
