How this hotel received a rating over 8 I’ll never understand. We only intended to stay one night so it met our need but it was not a nice place for the night. The room was not clean, there was a dingy odor, and I didn’t even want to walk barefoot on the carpet. The bathroom was decent but the tub valve leaked all night. We had an early morning planned but were woken by the upstairs neighbors beginning their day in a very noisy fashion. It’s hard to find a nice hotel for a decent price, but we left very disappointed and will not be returning to this place.

This is nice hotel that is very close to the Embarcadero. It was quiet the nights we were there. It was tidy and clean. I’d recommend to friends.

The location was perfect but bedside table was sticky and dirty. Air conditioner was very loud so we had to turn it off in order to sleep.
