When we pulled back our sheets to get in bed, we discovered grated American cheese pieces stuck to the top sheet. It was obvious these sheets were never replaced from the previous guests. VERY small place! Unit #7. Great location, though!

Great view for the price.

It was all about the location. Perfect to walk everywhere down the Morro Bay shops and restaurants. I loved that they had a diner available on site. Overall, if you want a nice clean place with an amazing view of Morro Rock, this is the place for you. The price was great!

The ceiling fan was extremely dusty and filthy. What a shame and nasty. The bathroom sink was dirty, and the knobs where not cleaned in a while. And oh my gosh the mattress was horrible not comfortable at all and the bed sheets had a lot hair on them. I was extremely disappointed and I very surprised! I absolutely didn't expect such poor service from this place!

It was walkable to Morro Bay rock, restaurants and shops. However I was unable to get the downstairs room I had booked and we had to walk up and down stairs to get to room. We had booked a queen bed with patio and ended up an upstairs room with a double bed and dirty sheets, No one is available after they close at 5pm and no one is there to check out at 8am.

This was a charming property in a great location—just a short walk to the harbor and shopping area. The room was on the smaller side, which was expected, and appeared clean overall. However, I did notice some small bugs in the shower, which was a bit off-putting. Check-in was smooth, but keep in mind the office closes at 5 PM, so be sure to arrange an alternate plan if arriving later. For the price, it met my expectations. I would consider staying here again if I return to Morro Bay.

Like staying in a shoe box

We stayed there a year ago on an $88 a night special the room was so tiny it was claustrophobic and in horrible condition so this time I booked what was listed as two grades of room higher the room was just as tiny just as old the shower was about 30ft sq there was only 18 inches space between the bed and the walls all around the wiring for the lights was faulty and smelled like burning plastic the owner is rude and abrasive
