The beds are so high that even I (5’9) couldn’t just “sit-down” on it I had to jump up. The purpose of this trip was to bring my mother-in-law who is 77 years old on a nice beach trip and she is 4 foot 11. I had to literally go to the other side of the bed and pull her up by her arms, they need to get rid of the big box under the bed. It is ridiculous to have that in a hotel room. If she had to get up in the middle of the night, she had to wake me up to help her!!! That is horrible. I will never stay here again.

My room 209 hair in shower, no toilet roll holder, toilet seat not on very well, Mimi blinds are broken. Tv remote doesn’t even work with the TV no local channels. Water pressure is very low in the shower.

Spacious room with a view of Morrow Rock from the Balcony. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Some of the parking spaces were a bit precarious getting in and out of however there was always a place to park.

Frig was not working properly. So my food spoiled. Grrrrrr...also the tv remote is a generic and not easy to use maybe some instuctions would make it much easier... Garage was not swept. Espically at lobby entrance and buckets of chemicals right next to the garage lobby door!!!! Really? And coffe pot was empty twice also cups and creamer/sugar area was messy Otherwise room was very clean bed was great staff was accommodating

Nice room, quiet, great location and price. The room was clean and comfortable. No housekeeping for the 3 nights we stayed because of short staffing. That was ok and is becoming standard. However the reception told us to put our dirty towels outside the room and we would receive fresh towels. We put them outside with the trash but didn't receive fresh towels. Nice balcony room with chairs outside. I will come back again.

We stayed at Hotel Avisa AFTER Labor Day and so there were no crowds…. We had the best room on the 3rd floor with the balcony and ocean view. The ladies at the front desk were very supportive. The covered parking garage was safe.
