Staff was great. The rooms were nicely appointed. View from most rooms is spectacular. Parking is very tight and first come first serve but there is street parking close also. Walking distance to several great bars and restaurants.

We loved our stay at the Landing at Morro Bay. The location was central to all of our activities, the room was clean and decorated in a nautical theme, perfect for the area. Each and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and personable, helping us to feel at home. I always appreciate hotel toiletries that have a label that can be read in the shower, without my glasses 😉. Modest snacks and coffee were available in the office to start each day off right

Great location. Cozy rooms and friendly staff. Stash tea!! Good pour over coffee in the room. However, the bed was so uncomfortable, the pillows were flat & lumpy, there were ants in the bathroom, and the shower had a sewage smell that became unbearable after a few minutes.

The room was very nice. We were a bit bummed that our ocean view was somewhat obstructed by the stairway. The fireplace is an electric portable one but it was still charming. It was quiet except on New Year's Eve.
