Apple Farm is quaint and cozy. Especially during the Holiday Season. We stay there whenever we come to SLO. The staff is super friendly. Love the cookie at checking and Tea and Coffee Bar all day in reception. The rooms are cozy and cute. It’s like you’re living in a 90’s Hallmark Movie. Great location walkable into downtown.

Our stay at Apple Farm Inn was very pleasant. Check-in was fast and efficient. Our room was located in the main building and was quiet, which made for a restful stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well throughout the night.

We've stayed here many times over the past 25 years. The hotel is still so quaint and cozy but the condition is not as immaculate as it was in past years. Furnishings, paint, etc. could use some sprucing up. Amenities previously offered are no longer and we miss the old gift shop. We still enjoyed our stay and the Christmas decorations.

Room, especially the bathroom is dated and dark. Staff though was all around very friendly and helpful. Not sure what happened to the restaurant but it’s only open for breakfast and brunch. Food was ok, nothing special.

It was ok at best. Very loud at night next to the highway and people slamming doors all night. You have to request house keeping which is ok i guess. Best part about the whole experience is the “free” amenities that they charge you $40 bucks a night for (on top of the room, weather you use it or not) is 1 cookie per stay and wine tasting some generic wine and they expect tips. To top it all off when I checked out they gave me a $600 bill for someone else’s stay. I would not recommend and i will not be staying here again.
