Nice hotel, but breakfast not so much

What they offer for 'breakfast' was minimal. While staff was in immediate area, they were not checking for replenishment of items that were low or missing. Area is crowded so if more then 3 people arrive to eat, get coffee, there is a wait as person fixes their coffee, etc. The small trash container was overflowing and they came out twice to replenish when someone called need to their attention, good thing there was a larger trash container by door. I would think they would be looking every so often to see what needed attention as their other jobs had not begun.

Our 1st time there. Unfortunately there was no bar of soap for the restroom, no remote control for the TV, and the landline phone to the front desk stopped working “Hot” breakfast is a hot water dispenser for instant oatmeal packets. On the plus side, the jacuzzi and pool were open (until 11pm) and the night front desk clerk was very pleasant, and the staff was attentive when I brought these topics to their attention.
