Very cute inn. It was old, but well-maintained. The breakfast was ok, but I think it is enough. There are a few coffee shops a block away to get good coffee. The area was safe, convenient and walkable to several shops and restaurants. My only issue is that it takes a while for you to feel the hot water in the shower, it was still a great stay. I would stay there again because of the location.

Hotel was cute, clean, and in a great location. However the breakfast service was a bit messy, as orders weren’t kept track of, and the staff would leave dirty plates, utensils, and food from other patrons on the table without cleaning them for a very long time, leaving them next to new diners for almost the entire meal.

This is a cute space. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed walking and biking in the area and appreciated the close proximity to the Amtrak station.

There were so many missed opportunities to make the room comfortable here. The mattress was so soft we woke up with back pain (we are not that old), the pillows were awful, the towels were tiny, the mirror over the sink was set too low to see your face (try shaving with no mirror!), and the sink was too small for the chest it was placed in. The only way to get to our room was a flight of steep stairs - carrying luggage, this was not fun. The historic building is lovely, and the people were great, but it was just an uncomfortable room.

Unfortunately despite the price tag competing with 4 and 5 star hotels the property was run down and old with a malfunctioning sink that did NOT drain and a very old bed that caused all kinds of neck and back pain; the shower curtain was coming off the wall, and the patio furniture was filthy dirty and unusable
