Unable to provide my room, overbook my booked room and said, “ it was cancelled.” I never cancel, not any email confirmation about cancellation. I had to go to different hotel at mid night with my children, it was the worst experience. Can’t trust Expedia anymore. I still need my money back. Customer rep was unable to print out any cancellation information, did not show computer screen to clarify when was cancelled. Terrifying experience.

We often stay in SLO and the surrounding areas. Always wondered about this property as it’s right off the freeway. It exceeded our already fairly positive expectations. Nice, clean rooms. Great service. Comfortable beds. Close enough to the hwy to be central to so many places, but free from traffic and noise. Views of the hillside from the room were beautiful in the morning. All while affordably priced to move. Would recommend. Book it.
