The Space:

A comfortable full bed awaits in the second bedroom, and the third room is a kid's paradise with three twin beds and a unique rock climbing wall & monkey bar ceiling. For additional sleeping or a private escape, the detached backyard studio offers a queen sized pull-out bed and a Smart TV – perfect for movie nights!

**Please note there is a converted garage that owners will occasionally occupy. If they will be there, we will let you know ahead of time.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, studio in backyard, and backyard area.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and just a short drive to renowned wineries, downtown SLO, SLO Airport, Cal Poly, and nearby beaches.

Getting Around:
Getting around by car is easiest. Rideshare is available.

AMENITIES:
We provide kitchen and toiletry essentials; towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee, sugar, spices, oil & trash can liners.

ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

PARKING:
There is a driveway with room for three vehicles. Additional parking available on the street.

THE DRIVE:
Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house!

INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV in the living room and studio.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The backyard features a hot tub, fire pit, bocce court, in ground trampoline, outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and even a kid's sand pit. Waivers MUST be signed to utilize trampoline.

BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a King bed; one with a full bed, and the third with three twin beds. There are also queen sized pullout sofa beds in the living room and studio. Total accommodations can sleep 11 guests.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil

SECURITY:
Security cameras are located at the front and sides of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property or in the backyard.

PET-FRIENDLY:
Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $120 pet fee (per pet/per stay). Please keep pets off of furniture and pick up after them. Waste bags are provided.
