Very clean, quiet dog-friendly motel located next to Madonna Inn and just a short drive to downtown SLO. There’s a Denny’s restaurant on-site and a grocery store across the street. While it’s not walkable to many of SLO’s attractions, I’d definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed here several times, and have always had a good stay at the best price in a very expensive SLO. Unless you have money to burn, this is the place to stay in SLO. Affordable, safe, clean, and comfortable.

The room we had was located above the laundry facility so whenever they run it, there’s a LOUD and rattling noise that can be heard from our room. This went on at night time while we were trying to sleep as well as early in the morning. Room floor was not mopped, soap dispenser wasn’t working and there was afoul smell coming from the sink!!! Overall a TERRIBLE experience….DON’T stay here if you can help it.

The room was clean. They need to pay attention to details. Sink faucet loose, switch plate in bathroom screwed in crooked. Very thin walls and loud noises in walls from pipes!

The customer service was epic! Very kind. Very clean. Easy parking. Bed was comfy. Our first room light didn’t work and met us at another room to give us new keys….nice touch! Pool was clean & tidy. Convenient location for show at The Madonna Inn. Only suggestion was our coffee pot didn’t work so had to go get coffee. Also an outdoor seating area or bench by the end rooms would be nice. Would stay again.
